At Trevalionow S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Trevalionow”, “we” or “the Company”) we value the trust you place in us when sharing your personal data. This Privacy Policy clearly describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal information of those who visit or use trevalionow.com, in accordance with Argentine Law N° 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations.

The data controller is Trevalionow S.A.S., with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, Office 802, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tax ID 30-71789456-3, registered with the General Inspection of Justice under Registration N° 27,184/2024.

We collect data you voluntarily provide when completing contact forms, newsletter subscriptions or project information requests: full name, email address, phone number and investment preferences. We also collect browsing data through cookies and similar technologies (IP address, device type, pages visited and visit duration).

Data is used to answer enquiries, share information about real estate crowdlending projects, communicate platform updates, comply with legal obligations and improve our services. Data is never used for purposes incompatible with those notified at the time of collection.

Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you provide when submitting your data, on compliance with legal obligations and on the legitimate interest of the Company in operating and improving the platform.

We may share your data with technology providers (hosting, web analytics, email delivery), financial entities and accounting or legal professionals, always under confidentiality agreements and respecting the requirements of Argentine regulations. We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes to unrelated third parties.

We retain your data while we maintain a relationship with you and during the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money laundering regulations. Once this obligation has ended, data is securely deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to its processing in the cases provided by Law N° 25,326. You can exercise them by writing to privacy@trevalionow.com. You can also file complaints before the Public Information Access Agency.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent tampering, loss, unauthorised consultation or processing of data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and audit logs.

The platform is intended for individuals over 18 years of age with legal capacity to invest. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish any relevant change on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
